Ondc paytm support scary over refund issue on non delivered items

Recently placed 3 orders from paytm ondc out of 3 none of them get shipped & now marked as delivered. Now paytm customer support is scary getting daily deadlines what are best possible way to get refund.
Payment made by rupay credit card via paytm rupay upi method by sbi & BOB Card kindly suggest total 3 payment worth 1000rs .

Raise chargeback request by disputing transaction at banking platform you used
Used paytm app via rupay upi with bob & sbi but I can't see any charge back option.
Kindly help me with same any steps. Total 3 orders
Getting same problem. But fortunately 3 orders for delivered out of 5. Waiting for rest 2. For me showing shipped from last 15 days . Will wait few days . May be willing get rest 2 also. No tracking at all.

I approached to BOB Financial via mail or call routes they simply denying to charge back mentioned payments received to merchant we can't do further action kindly approached merchant only
Any effective way kindly help me out
Till now no updates from paytm ondc horrible experience .
Kindly help me with any suitable methods BOB is now in own way.
In my case, i had tracking no. But the local courier was not delivering from many days as it was a small amount package. So, i found its warehouse and went all the way to it and got it.
Do PayTM has any support team/mechanism? 😬
