oneCard issuing new card

Anyone else see this? And are you planning to take it?

Those who ever have a OneCard from IDFC they are getting this offer to change the card to Federal bank.

Initially they are showing this as an offer, but going forward they may force users to convert as OneCard partnership with IDFC is going to end

I have IDFC onecard
Waiting for this offer to come

They will close ur existing card and issue new one with new partner bank, it may impact CIBIL.

Check before proceeding….

By the time cibil gets updated (3 months?) the recovery of these 3-6 points will be done too

Haven’t clicked the “Proceed” button yet but the issuer bank is getting changed from IDFC to something else so its safe to assume that there’s gonna be a hard enquiry

& Unlike IDFC, these One Federal cards act as a standalone federal cc too for offers, so new entrants, new enquiry

Edit: KYC needs to be re-done with the new banking partner @Baaap

Yes!
Not sure about CB as I don’t have the card but discount for sure (Sometime back, Federal OneCard gave double discount on Amazon – 10% OneCard + 10% Federal)

Will delay as much as I can

Applied for upgrade last night (Ekyc via Aadhaar). Initially, it was asking for video kyc & scheduling but its just a namesake formality (No slots were available for any day) and this morning, Card got approved and will be delivered in next 10 days

is it free or FD based?

Its OneCard by IDFC not the Lite variant (Card issued for initial batches)

Just wait for sometime, you will get the upgrade offer via existing card/mobile number

I do not have Onecard. I have a Cibil score around 800. when I am trying to applying for a new Onecard at the end I’m getting sorry we’re not able to offer you a Onecard message. What is the issue here. I never got declined for any credit card

Could be due to unserviceable PIN code or other issue. Mine was declined initially despite a good cibil score. After 1-2 months they approved ( don’t remember whether I reapplied or they sent offer).

Update: Got 5k RP credited as soon as the Federal VCC appeared on the App (Outstanding balance from IDFC CC got transferred to this one)
