I received SMS "Your Onecard Metal Card Application Approved". Then I did video kyc 2 days before. But still it is not approved..
Max Time? Any Way to solve this issue? 😥

OneCard VideoKYC is namesake one right? They were approving cards within hours from KYC completion (Might depend on the banking partner too*)

I am stuck to the screen that shows that your kyc is approval under verification since 7 days. I got phone call and sms that my kyc is approved. But i cant go ahead in app. Any solution???
Did you write to them over mail ??
Mine was kind of stuck too due to not clear selfie to which they asked me one with a pan over mail after that I got my card.
