Was using the card every month
No single default, on time payment since card issued
Was having forex transaction every month of around 60% of card limit
Partner bank : Sbm bank
What can be the reason has anyone faced this before ? .
I mailed them regarding this with full explanation of why this step was taken .
If I don't get any satisfactory response what can be done ? . As I wasn't informed prior this is going to happen. I had automatic payment enabled that too has been stopped.

Don't worry about automatic payment, it should have been disabled by them. Also, they confirmed there are no dues, so your account will not be charged.
You can even call your bank to cancel this mandate ( Automatic bank).
High credit utilization and forex transactions may be a reason for card closure. Better to call them once, On call if you will try hard then you might be able to get some info from customer support associate regarding reason of closure, but on email they will only rant " Closed due to internal policy ".
If the card is blocked because of high utilisation than I don't think it's justified. It's just 60% of limit
Forex transaction - i didn't do any illegal activity it was just payments of service I availed i have all the proofs etc .
Customer care I tried calling they said they don't have any account with the number and details 🥲
they must have found something fishy in your contacts data and SMS data that they read forcefully while you sign in to app.
what sort services you were paying for? (only if you wish disclose the secret)
Bought some private servers to run/test my apps and scripts
They are again asking for kyc for mostly all accounts. May be you haven't done that, so it is closed
I didn't recieve any communication about the kyc. Nor it was displayed anywhere in the app
Got this reply from onecard. I further asked them for the specific mandate which was received and I don't stand in those regulations. What if the deny to share ? May I take the matter with rbi ? 
For such repetitive forex transactions, get a business credit card with low forex.
On retails cards it's difficult to explain such expenses. OR spread your spending on multiple cards.
I too noticed today that my FD is being liquidated and settled against my outstanding of around Rs 1800. Some of my friends have got the full refund of FD in their bank account whose cards have zero outstanding. Also their cards are closed without any prior intimation. I am from J&K.

I don't think it's a geography issue tbh . I mailed to their nodal officer's let's see what response in get from them if the response is unsatisfactory I will go to rbi .

Btw your card was issued by Sbm bank too ?
They are wrong in Manny manner how can they liquidated the fd ,close card without information or consent. Will drag them to the highest level
