Online fraud - Fake website pretending to be Boat company

if they dont send u or send u something else then it is fraud.looks like he is some reseller,authorized or not dont know.

payu can only help if u dont receive item or receive something else.but their customer support is bad.

Its a fake website, can be easily identify by looking product prices along with offer "buy 2 get 1 free." Shown as limited period offer but am sure that even after 2 months you will see same offer or even better offer.

Phone And Payu Will not Help as they will say they are only payment aggregator.

Site is Completed Fake So Forget about Refund.

We all know that its a fraud website. Better is to raise complaint now, than wait for the inevitable & let others suffer.

There are many such fake sites which advertise regularly on Fb and Insta.

Can you please share the lead source for the website. They used to run AdSense and Facebook/Instagram ads earlier; I just wanted to check their development. 

For your situation:

1. You'll not make a strong case against them under a fake website. The boat's trademark is nowhere mentioned/altered on the site. They have listed boat products, which any resellers can. Unless you can generate a written note from the boat saying, "site is not affiliated with them," you don't have such a case on your hand.
2. You'll soon receive a genuine tracking number from meesho. He'll ship a product to your address, and the meesho delivery agent will confirm the delivery if you receive the parcel. 
3. If you're lucky, they might accept your return request and issue a refund. But that's the most unlikely case.

If you can message them from any mail mentioned or message us with police complaint threats, then you might get your money back as I have seen their dashboard, and it's lacs per month. Even if they issue refunds to 20% of their orders, they still have a big pocket. Unfortunately, this whole hub operates from my city and is somehow related to my community. 

They're primary school or college dropouts who sells imported Chinese items listed on Amazon and Flipkart and run this Shopify as a side. Their most baits are from Uttar Pradesh, Bengal, and Kolkata, and the typical middle class ignores to make a police complaint.

I would highly recommend you to file a police complaint for the sake of other people whose order amount would be a significant part of their earnings, will help you at my best whenever I can.

how about informing to real Boat Support and may be they know how to handle these scam artists.

Its clearly fake deal.. But is their any method or way to way the money back as  most of the ppl in my office get trap in it and Lost their money.. So let me knw if anyone help

It's a fraud website. Saw a tweet today. Even after 8 months people are getting scammed.
