Is there any site which provides number to receive OTP?
I checked a few via Google but none works.
I need to complain something and don’t want to reveal my identity.
Kindly suggest.

do from your real number , if your complain is genuine .. why to worry / hide .

Unfortunately, that’s not how this works. your number and details will be forwarded to the police station you choose. As they get hundreds of requests on daily basis, they will call you personally and ask about the matter. If it’s not reachable, then most probably your complaint will be in recycle bin.
Your name will be out no matter how hard you will try. better to leave it if your neighbor is jobless or brainless or both.
Telling you from my experience, when I newly arrived at my new residence, I made a striking complaint about mosquito nuisance at my house. The next day a team of 5 municipality staff raided terraces of the entire society. they made a penalty to 4 houses(it’s only 14 house society) with broken caps on the water tank and each time they gave a receipt, they finger pointed that that new house had made the complaint. what a first impression

सुबह 6 बजे चालू हो जाता है फुल वॉल्यूम मैं… फिर रोज़ शाम को चालू हो जाता है २-३ घंटे के लिया।
पूरी तरह से disturb कर रखा है।
ये धार्मिक मामला है… और धर्म के नाम पे पागल हो जाते हैं… इसलिए मैं अपनी आइडेंटिटी नहीं बताना चाहता।
The masjid near my house blasts prayers 5 times a day … we peacefully here it .
No one can mess with religion .
The sound blast / DJ during ganpati festival .

@xuseronline, is it you who post regarding mosquito regularly. I remember past year some guy also faced a lot of issues due to mosquitos.

Today morning no Keertan was done.
Donno if this is due to my complaint or there was no schedule for today.

It seems that some actions were taken because now nothing is played in the morning ( or the volume is very very low ).
Evening session is still going on buy volume is reduced by 50%.
