I ordered two times from magicpin ondc but it was waste of money.
I ordered food from two big brands and my disappointment was too high. Quality of food was worse and not even cooked properly. I think these discounts are cutted directly from restaurants bill so they compensate by low quality food.
Observed this on zomato too when you order in deal of day offer which gives all menu at 129 or 139 or something like this and normal day there is significant difference in food quality

It depends on outlet to outlet, swiggy promotions are for limited period also they charge multiple fee in the name of platform, package, delivery, rush hour etc etc.
Ondc is charging 2-4% commission while swiggy zomato charging 20-35%

Actual pricing, in case of swi zoma they inflate the charges (actually restaurant list their items 30-40% higher price due to commission)
