Order Not Delivered By Flipkart
Placed an order on 25 Dec 2022, Wakefit Mattress Worth 13.5k.
It Went into shipping status on 27 Dec 2022, but not delivered till date. Promised Delivery Date was 1 Jan 2023. Status in app is shipped and not moving further.
Contacted CC of flipkart multiple times but they are changing resolution date again and again.
They are not even cancelling my order, and cancel option is not showing in app.
Contacted ICICI CC but they denying to register any kind of Charge back complaint.
Mailed to flipkart escalations as well, but no response from their side.
How to teach flipkart a lesson and get my money back?

Nothing much (Looks like its not shipped yet, just the pickup request with tracking number generation). Experiencing delivery delays with regular and grocery orders here and customer care is helpless (They don't have proper communication channel with their own shipping service)
Banks need at least a month for chargeback (Check the chargeback timeframe, for some banks it is less than a month*). You can wait for couple of days to get it delivered and if it doesn't then order should get cancelled automatically (+ refund processed)
What was the promised date of delivery when you ordered?
Try contacting wakefit customer care 1st. They may answer actual situation.

I don't buy medicine much, bought some over counter drugs, didn't get what I ordered. Raised return but they didn't take saying the items are not damage whereas my reason for return was wrong product.
Was busy at that time in office, Got to know after its over. But it will be definitely cancelled, courtesy of dimers attack.

Update : Managed to cancel order by Flipkart Twitter Team. Now, Waiting for refund and planning for a revenge.
They have Rapid Response sometimes now, chill
One more Update: Order Delivered by flipkart, seems directly via seller Wakefit. It was for my uncle, and delivery was on his address, so he accepted the order today despite knowing it has been cancelled yesterday. What will be the next step? Refund or order will be updated as delivered?
Delays in case of mattresses is very common, whichever site you order. In most cases manufacturers being the actual sellers are not directly connected with the ecommerce sites for tracking purposes.
Also some manufacturers even call the customer themselves directly to confirm design and size, as shipping is very expensive and they don't want the hassles of cancellation and refunds.
In my case mattress manufacturer informed me that they manufacture the mattress for the desired size only after confirming directly from customer. It is dispatched after that, so upto two weeks is normal delivery period.
Now the product has been delivered if you get refund be happy or if you don't like the product raise a return request and get refund then be happy 😀
I am also facing the same issue. I ordered a wakefit bed online from Flipkart and it was not delivered and marked as delivered. What are the next step?
Complain on twitter, you will get call within a day. My order delivered very next day after complaining.
Surprised so many have issues with delivery dates. I ordered around 2 months back and for me it showed delivery after a week. Considering that, went out of town and was surprised when i got call from my watchman that a parcel was at gate- it was delivered in less than 48 hrs!
