FK unwritten rule for these seller mistakes or cheating : if buyer persistently complains thru different channels(Chat,email,phone,twitter..) for over a week or more conclude that buyer is genuine and issue refund
Keep cribbing and they will listen, seller cheated u. Check weight on the box, keep carton also for weight check.
