Pathetic Service, not fit to be in food and service industry

I am now hungry, my order has been cancelled automatically, and I have been harassed for no reason from a website that has no reason to exist. I would rather call up the Subway/Dominos etc. directly and place my order.

I ordered via foodpanda for the second time today. I ordered food from a local Subway and received a confirmation SMS at 5.44 pm in the evening. It said that my food will be delivered in 60 minutes approximately. I waited for 2 hours and still no delivery. I called the Subway directly and they said that they had not received any order from foodpanda and told me to contact foodpanda. When I called the foodpanda customer care, they told me that my order was late because their servers were busy. Then they checked and informed me that my order was cancelled.

My advice: never use foodpanda ever
