Pathology tests inordinately delayed

My blood samples collected on 17.06.2020 at about 7 AM by their phlebotomist . Phlebotomist was not wearing mask properly as well not keeping new gloves. Till this time report not sent. NEVER UTILISE THEIR SERVICE.
