I tried using Re.1 to test and it works for me
I paid SBI Credit card using my HDFC rupay CREDIT CARD UPI id and the payment went through and reflecting in SBI credit card transaction as credit
so you try yourself with Re.1 and test yourself and then do big ticket payment

use this loop hole till it is fixed, for now its working, don't know when it will stop working so be careful
dont want to run on refunds and things lol so do it if you want to feel the risk and double credit game

yes if you have one of the credit card in the list mentioned in the post you can use any Rupay credit card (rupay credit card UPI) to pay it

i didnt used payzap, try enrolling hdfc rupay in "AXIS BHIM UPI app" (not regular Govt. BHIM app)
Then use AXIS BHIM credit card upi id (which is hdfc credit rupay card behind)
I used HDFC rupay UPI from "axis BHIM app" (Not BHIM) and it worked for me
I paid SBI simply save card from hdfc rupay upi (using axis bhim app)

just remember credit card has more than 50% interest rate ALREADY (IN WHICH EVER CREDIT CARD YOU HOLD)
so by doubling credit rotation BY THE METHOD I POSTED IN THIS POST, you are making interest practically as more than 100% of your credit bill
which simply means (in layman's term) your Rs.10,000 will become "Rs.20,000+charges" if you do credit carry over to next month for next 12 months
(this is simple annotation but its crewel than this actually, i made a blunt calculation for you to understand the basics of interest and how it works, in reality its actually more than Rs.20,000+charges)
DO PLEASE PLEASE DONT DO THIS ..... IF YOU DONT KNOW OR DONT UNDERSTAND HOW CREDIT WORKS OR HOW INTEREST RATE WORKS
