I have a renewal of 40k for my Star helath insurance , my policy number starts with 11********* , how and which platform should I use to pay for the premium amount . Mostly every other payment app , shows an error saying incorrect policy number .
I prefer to do it via Amazon Pay thru gv .

few months back i tried a lot to pay the premium using amazon and other 3rd party apps. Wasnt working.
Eventually i decided to pay on official website. Even there my cc payment with amazon pay icici card kept failing. Eventually had to settle for paying using Rupay cc Upi

star health not working with 3rd party payment websites this is what they said

Any clue to use amazon pay for HDFC Ergo health insurance premium.. customer care are clueless for "Please enter valid Proposer DOB"

I found no other way but to pay from their site... used neucard infinity for 1.5% neucoins...
