Hi,
I have made the payment to NPS via Razorpay via ICICI Rupay Credit Card. The receipt I received from NPS with Transaction status as "Failed transaction".
I have checked the payment at Razorpay end. it is mentioned as the payment is succeeded.
Since, NPS is a government portal how easily my money will be returned or the contribution will be reflected to the NPS portal?
Please help on this.
Further, if they refund the money back, Do I need to pay the bill to ICICI Credit card?

Same thing happened to me but reflected in 3 days in my NPS account.
Use UPI before 9.30am
Credit card 0.75% charges + GST
How can i complain to NPS to refund the money or add the money to contribution
One more thing you can do @InvestPotato , do you have Ack No in sms from NPSCRA?
They ll refund the money. And if the money is refunded then no need to pay it. Btw it depends upon the bill. If money refund has been taken place after the bill generation then ask the customer support agent. If they ask you to pay, then you pay. 🙂
How much time it takes to refund the money for UPI CC?
I can see a record with the same Acknowledgment Today. Payment Receipt is also generated.
