Was using the Platinum card for the 1% CB.
Tried it several times.. Kept showing me a
Payment Failed
The payment request was not completed
message..
Any idea why?
Is it a Kotak Credit card related issue with HDFC.. or a HDFC portal issue .. or something else..
Anyone else face this?

after entering otp or before entering otp itself its failing? If before otp, you have to try after sometime as the service is down temporarily. If after otp means, you have to pay through other means.

can someone please confirm what is the maximum amount (credit card bill) that can be paid via HDFC Bill Pay as my DB (TimesPoints platinum debit) is enabled for more than a lakh (Set Card limits option) but not able to pay more than 5k for CC bill via Bill Pay as transaction is getting failed when i try for 10k,20k etc (5000,1000 Rs worked)

You can't pay kotak credit card bill using debit cards on HDFC bill pay. Don't waste your time and energy, i tried to speak to customer care too and that didn't help. If you have millenia dc you can use that to load money and pay card bill using any apps that support wallet loading for card bill pay.

Can we pay axis credit card bill payment using HDFC bill pay?? I paid but not credit after 4 days in axis. And due date was yesterday. Really worried.

I did pay last month using plat DC, there were 2 kotak cc payment option. I was able to pay using the Non Bharat Billpay one.
Just remember kotak takes a long time to settle.
Took them 10 days, however the date in statement was the day I paid it from HDFC BillPay. Not sure what the scenario will be if the due date is nearby, so just have at least 12 days in hand for kotak cards.

Even I paid 500 via non bharat billpay option 3 days back and waiting for update. if through bharat billpay option need to pay entire amount and crediting instantly.
