Just received this message-
Greeting from Paytm Payments Bank! We have checked and noticed that you hold multiple bank accounts/wallets with us. As per the banks policy, you cannot hold more than single wallet/accounts with the Bank. Hence we suggest you to kindly utilize the balance available in your savings account/wallet with mobile number XXXX9265 before 21-02-2020. If the balance is not utilized, we will freeze your Wallet / Accounts. If the balance is utilised, we will permanently Close/ Deactivate your said bank account/wallet.Should i ignore this or they can really do it?

Now they dont care about customers and block accounts .
Gone are those days when people open multiple Paytm acc on same device, now they track device also .
Maybe u did kyc with same 2 documents?🤔
U recd this for paytm payments bank and not paytm wallet.. may be
Opening multiple acc with same pan/aadhaar in same payment bank is not allowed.
I have used two different ID’s for verification…but i use both of them on same phone.
Why not showing the complete screenshot ?
Pan is required for full kyc so two same pan in two Paytm full kyc account they will Block one account

You Used Same Device To Login Different Accounts Which Resulted In This.
So Dont Ignore And If Any Money Then Use It Before They Block It.
Was able to use locked balance after getting this message.
