paytm denying cashback - cheaters

I ordered something using a good cashback offer but after receiving the product I checked cb was not credited yet. So I asked paytm they are saying I didn’t apply any coupon. How can they say that while I am 100% sure that I applied the coupon. I never buy anything from Paytm without any coupon. What should I do?

sorry to hear it, but i never faced any such problem (ordered more than 5 times atleast). Always check the order status after order, it shows how much cash back would be received( keep a snapshot) and it does given back immediately once the item is shipped. Though they take a little more time in delivery but i think they are improving on it as my last 2 orders came much before my expectation. U can also ask for return if its not too late and buy again with promo code.
