paytm did cheat and fraud

Hi,
I made a order from PAYTM (ORDER NO. 1096097604) on 16th july, i waited for almost a month in a hope that i will receive the product, even i keep on tracking the safexpress courier on daily basis waybill: 43820325, and one day i receive the mail from paytm that item is delivered, i crosschecked the same with courier they said the package is lost, but paytm is not listening to me, they are claiming that product is delivered without showing any proof to me, now i need help from you to get justice on this. This is straight away a case of cheat and fraud from paytm. Even they are not giving me any compensation and refund for the same. please check the attachment for the details, the courier went lost at salem.

Hi !
Dont be disheartened , ask the courier company to give you a detailed declaration that your package was lost .Send this to PAYTM and tell them you will take further action on both COURIER COMPANY & PAYTM .
Let them sort it out among themselves , who is going to compensate you .
