Paytm froud don’t buy product

Please please do not buy any product on paytm or paytm mall c it’s not genuine product available there i have received defective product 2 time and I will return to paytm ., paytm send me new product but when I receive parcel i see my box was empty., I’m complain in paytm CustomerCare., paytm was not any reply in my case and always send mail our team is investigation in this case ., after 3 week customercare officer mail me paytm was not refund your money ., so please please don’t buy any product from paytm
