Paytm HDFC credit card Video kyc query

Today I applied Paytm HDFC credit card for my friend..
completed video kyc..but the executive told him that.. Year of birth is mismatching and you you will get a call from our executive..
1.Can the application will go till video kyc.. if the CIBIL has issues?
2.card can be rejected.. because of this mismatch issue?
