Here's their solution to a problem I raised. Those a$$holes are spamming my email ID constantly for utility bill reminders that were linked to a Paytm account that I deleted months ago.
This is just one, no wonder this trash company is regularly banned by RBI.
Customer's data isn't safe with them in any way & the ways they use it politically is another mess in itself.

Wow, so I am not the only one. I paid electricity bill for my friend once and I now have to remove it from the list all the time and still get the reminders. It was so annoying that I had to turn off app notifications.
