Paytm ONDC not delivering the order

I ordered an item through Paytm ONDC last week and Paytm marked it delivered on the next day without attempting the delivery. I knew their customer support is trash but still I reached them through the Paytm app and logged a ticket but they closed it on the same day stating we will deliver your item on 23rd Nov after that there was no response from them.
I reached on Twitter, they said to refer the ticket that I opened on Paytm app and after that, I'm getting no help from them.
Anyway to get a full refund for the order?

Faced similar issue twice. in both orders half order was delivered. Had to post on their twitter page to get refund of un delivered orders. took 2 weeks to get refund.
How did you got the refund please elaborate
For me the order was delivered next day no problems for me
This is my first ONDC order in Paytm.
NO proper packaging, NO Fragile warning on the box.
After escalating this issue, they takes 5 days to refund the amount.
Paytm is dummy for issues resolution . No response in the first place ,if at all one is lucky they wakeup after a month.
Can anyone help. Me regarding the refund there is no response of them on twitter
Update: Paytm has provided a full refund for the order after escalating it many times.

Reached then on twitter they asked order id after that no resolution provided
