Paytm ONDC order not yet delivered

Placed order of Zoff jeera on 31st March on Paytm . Order is showing shipped from last 23 days but not yet delivered.
Contacted CC multiple times , each time they say wait for 3-4 days , it will get delivered .
How to escalate the issue ?

I order from zoff and forget about it. It gets delivered within a month. You guys should have some patience. You’ll not be poor by wasting ₹100-₹200.

Keep complaining. Ondc support is worst. My 130 rs us stuck from last 3 months. They are not refunding.😭😭
