Paytm Postpaid payment option not visible

No paid yesterday morning, and today, no issues.

My case was different, my dues of Rs.250 cleared on 14th August from ICICI Bank and it was reflecting in Paytm postpaid, few days back I got SMS as below.

Dear Customer, your ICICI Bank PayTM Postpaid Acct XX1927 is temporarily blocked, as payment of Rs 250.00 is missed that was due on 15-Aug-19. For uninterrupted usage, clear dues. For payment, visit m.p-y.tm/prr . Post repayment of dues acct will be unblocked the next working day. Ignore if already paid.

When verified paytm postpaid it shows outstanding as 0 and still my account got blocked, even I got call from +914440071515 with IVRS and mentioning to clear the dues. I raised query to ICICI customer care even though its chargeable number, they don’t have any clue about this. When raised tickets with Paytm they are also telling no dues and account blocked due to some technical issue and will be unlocked soon. Now don’t know what to do or whom to approach.

they may be giving credit option to limited members May be they must have learned too many things, during few months only

I'm also facing the same problem in my Paytm postpaid, I paid the amount with penalty and postpaid was returned but even though I can't use the postpaid option when I try to make transaction why?is anyone know the solution for this issue please help me 

I also saw rhis sometime back. A merchant for whom I was able to lay with Paytm postpaid is not available for that option now. But for other metchants I am still able to pay. At that time I guessed they might have disabled payment via paytm postpaid.
