Paytm postpaid refund

I had some refund which was credited after bill generation (1200rs). Now they have blocked paytm postpaid and i cannot use it anywhere. I have/had delite account of 60k limit. Where can i use this amount or how can i get the refund. RBI has done a great job i would the company is truely unethical, all i am getting is automated chatbots in customer care

why they blocked?
I also have 300 in FullKYC Paytm (fuel) wallet but asking to do re-kyc, this re-kyc thing is there from more than a month , that is, even b4 RBI restrictions announced.
I think they should allow us to utilize existing funds even without re-KYC after Mar15th, am guessing, also am no more interested to do re-KYC

I lost almost 300 rupees in wallet and bank. They blocked all transactions and not refunding money.
