Paytm started leveraging platform fee for CC payment?

I was checking the credit card payment option on Paytm and noticed that they are leveraging some amount as platform fee. I can see Rs 2 for CC payment less than Rs 1001 and Rs 4 afterwards as platform fee.
Am I the only one seeing this or is it happening for others as well?

They don't know what they are doing..they removed CC offers and added new charges
