I tried to pay 3 times money deducted from payzapp and still showing pending from last 6 days. Today i did another payment of bob cc and that also gone pending any way to contact customer care as the help center in payzapp app is 3rd class

Same here, Rs 3900 payment successful but another Rs 11000 payment pending from 3rd May, customer support 3rd class....one mentioned wait 4 days....but I told them "you mentioned in your FAQ that it's take maximum 24 hours for failed or successful so refund my amount then another idiot replied your refund initiated on 04 May.... check, you have received refund....such an worst app....
