How to convert my basic KYC to bank based full kyc in payzapp? Recently, I opened an hdfc account.

I also having same problem
I raised ticket but they told that right now it's not possible
They will update in future if such option comes

they are telling the same reason to me 6 months before.
still they are not doing any work. Simply ask excuse everytime.
The only bank which can't fetch their own customer data is HDFC.
Poor development/technical team.
They deserve to get one more slap from RBI.

Just now got a call from customer care and informed me as next week this feature is going to be live in the app and asking me to wait as I can't reopen account once closed with the same pancard. I don't know how true it is.

people using freecharge and having axis bank acct also reporting same.
seems if you have wallet first and then open acct, the banks do not update data.
