Unable to buy gift cards using gyftr through payzapp. When I attempt to buy, the wallet is not available to pay. It says only credit/debit cards are allowed for this transaction.
When I try to pay using credit/debit cards, it says the card is not supported. I tried with every credit and debit card I have. The same thing. Is anyone else facing this problem? Does anyone have a solution?
Edit: not a customer of HDFC bank, never bought anything using smartbuy, could this be the problem?
