I received this mail today:

Dear XYZ,
Complete your KYC in PayZapp today! Login to PayZapp and complete the KYC process within next 30 days to avail uninterrupted services.
Your PayZapp card will be blocked in 30 days if KYC is not completed.

But isn’t payzapp basic kyc now for lifetime?

Same I also got..but my min kyc completed already..When asked they are saying the card gets renewed.

I am planning to use my card balance before blocking to avoid any issues later

Nope. HDFC account users don’t need to do KYC.
