Man get a good men's facewash according to your skin type instead.

Secondly work on the inside rather than outside. i.e exercise and have a good diet.

You can go for wow charcoal peel off mask. Works well enough. 

yeah @N27 buddy, this peel off mask really sound nice, flavors & colors are also tempting, but it doesn't work sh!t for many people. It can just remove some dead skin or impurities from top layer of skin and moisturize the skin, but it won't remove those blackheads like you want to.

My opinion: Scrubber face wash + face moisturizer will give you nearly same result that a peel off mask will, at a lot less price. Don't fall into their marketing, it all a chonchla. Some will say that peel off mark will make you feel refreshed and all, but I think that all is in mind, nothing else. Scrub your face, apply some moisturizer and drink coconut water, you'll get even better refreshing feeling lol

But if you're still tempted to, try it once. Kya hi ho jayega. Kuch magic ho jaaye to hume bhi batana 

Try electrical tape.

Exercise, healthy food and natural scrubber like wet grinded sesame, etc.

Fevicol really works well with blackheads. But should be avoided on regular basis.

I am also on the lookout for cheap charcoal based mask for blackheads.

Use 2% BHA lotion. Paula's choice is the best but it is expensive. If you want cheapest solution - use Tretinoin 0.025% cream every night followed by moisturizer after an hour. Sunscreen in the  Morning is a must. Tretinoin SHOULD NOT be used by pregnant or likely pregnancy female or those female having sex without contraceptives.

OP, try and accept yourself the way you are especially since you don't have any medical condition (like some people who grow hair all over their body like apes). If the face becomes / feels dirty from sweat or dust just use any regular soap twice a day. Small hair is normal. If it grows long enough shave it off once a month or so. I find all these face-masks / face-washes / this-that-cream to be marketing / insecurity / celebrity driven mania.
