Pepperfry sells crap products with no refund/replace.Total Fraud Company!!!

We purchased a bed from Pepperfry. This is a total crap product with respect to quality and design. Pepperfry is claiming that it is a bed with storage, But it has no base. So you have to keep all your stuffs on the floor and it is just a cover on top of that. How come a bed with no base can be used as a storage? In the pictures and in the 3D view they are not showing the base, to misguide people. That means they are selling the product with incomplete information. When I wanted to return this product, the customer care replied that as the product is not damaged so they will not accept return of it. I said I am ready to replace with paying extra amount, on that they said replacement is not in their policy. Also, the 3 covering wooden pieces are attached with screws with the main piece (and there is no handle attached to it to lift it up). That means, everytime you have to keep/pick up any item to/from it, you have to open the 12 screws attached to it with a screw driver. I have never seen such a faulty design in my life. Customer care is so rude that after your complaints they will just email you with a rude reply, and not even call you back to understand your issue with the product, and that is also they will email from a “Noreply” mailbox, so that you can not counter their answer. when I escalated to the next level, they came back with a reply that their is no return-refund/replacement or any other alternatives (like providing wooden base to rectify the issue) in their policy and they can not do anything about it. This is against the ethics of online business, I don’t understand how Pepperfry runs their business.
This is total waste of money and the product and of no use of mine. I can not return it, neither I can throw it.
