Pepperfry sucks big time

I placed an order last year for a sweatshirt of size M. Now they gave me a sweatshirt of size L. Then when I ask them I want size M, they say its out of stock now. It was a prepaid order. When I called up their customer care (who know absolutely nothing about their processes) they say they will refund the amount. But the refund will happen only in the form of pepperfry points. wtf!! it was not my mistake that you did not have the product. I agree to it anyways. Then after 5-6 months, I log on to their website to use those points. After searching for something good for like an hour, I stumbled upon a decent shirt and order it. But I did not get my order for 14 days. I check my account and I have absolutely no email from them regarding my order. No SMS or any phone call stating the status of my order. Worried, I call the pathetic customer care again. I ask him what has happened to my order and the guy says its cancelled because it was out of stock. again…wtf!!! The order gets cancelled and the customer is not even ntified about it. Add to this, the refund has also not been initiated. So I asked the customer care agent to initiate the refund right away. He says it has bAeen done. Its almost 20 days and I have not got my refund. I called the customer care again to ask if the refund has been initiated and the guy says “There is no refund initiated in your name. Do you want to cancel your order?” WTF!!!!! This is the most most most bad experience I have had with any ecommerce company. Please do not ever shop from these assholes… These people are frauds
