My younger brother's birthday is coming up next week, and I'm planning to gift him a phone. He's currently in his second year of graduation. I'm looking for a phone in the 20-30 thousand price range. Any recommendations? He enjoys playing casual games like BGMI and watching Netflix.

First of all , I thank OP's mindset that he avoided IPhone or any other premium phone category for a college going brother(at this time, everyone wants to show off premium phones and people do fall in emi traps), for suggestion, you can consider nothing phone 2a, it's new and looks premium and is under your budget..
Budget
