Phone Screen Dead, Data Recovery Help

My sister's phone screen is dead but it's working. Can hear alarm and vibrations.

I need a WORKING method to back-up data, device USB debugging is enabled but didn't authorised.

PS - she already changed display 2 times...she is interested in a new phone purchase..

3rd change is inevitable if data is important . ~~to enable debugging authorisation and also~~ if the device is running latest versions of android the data is encrypted so even if you access thru adb without screen unlock 🔓 the data is encrypted.

Change again with the cheapest display available in the local market and put a 50/- screen guard on top of that. Then backup data and buy a new phone. USB tethering won't be possible until it is directed from the device itself.

Go to any small mobile shop and ask them to attach any compatible display just for few minutes and transfer the data to any type c usb drive via otg.
