phonepe wallet cashback

Is there any possibility of cashback getting removed from phonepe wallet by phonepe company

I am asking this query because I received 100 cashback in Dec 2019, which is not showing in phonepe wallet now. When I look at transaction history, it is showing any transaction being done after I received the cashback. It seems that it was removed from wallet.
