Just used pine card few days ago.
Petrol pump :failed, not allowed error. (Paytm pos machine )
Shopping mall 1: pos didn't recognise card (INTERESTINGLY it was PINELABS POS MACHINE)
Shopping mall 2 :worked at 4th try, pinelabs machine .
Small shop :worked on 3rd try.paytm pos.

Just wait out a day or two after delivery. You should auto get SMS with card pin. Nothing to do from your end. You don’t need to manually add card to the app.
