I booked flight ticket from Surat to Jaipur, 13th March, but had to prepone the journey. Now Getting Zero rupees refund for cancellation. If anyone know how to use it and in the need, can pm.

I dont think airlines offer refunds.
Is it possible for the person with the same name to travel on that ticket? They didn’t ask for any ID while booking.
unless passport details have been given which can also be edited directly with the airline
