I have used the e-card twice as an experiment. Don't get it. Still have it unused this time.
Most of your transactions using payment apps like amazon, mobiqwik fail. Eventhough mcc is utilities.
If you are directly transacting on a merchant website, buy the e-card. Otherwise don't. It doesn't have any discount or cb anyway, so buying it to transact is not very useful.
The offline rupay card on the other card, if bought at a discount/cb that is not usually available for offline spends is a good buy.
