Please help me with Edelweiss CM BP ID

I am currently trying to register for NSDL for Edelweiss account. Currenlty all the contract note I have, show error as “POA already submitted for INxxxxxx”
Can anyone please help me with CM BP ID as even edelweiss is just delaying the process to provide that ID?
Not sure why they not responding to that query from helpdesk.

I am trying to register for NSDL speed-e service for share transfers. Its asking to enter pre-notified account where we need to enter Edelweiss CM BP ID so that I can register for same.
I tried to check my old contract notes, but those are of no use.
Please help if you have clearing member(CM) BP ID.
