Please suggest a not so expensive Android phone that’s faster than redmi note 5 pro 
Might sound weird but my loyal redmi note 5 pro started giving muffled sound from earpiece, if I am not wrong a little bit of juice spilled over the earpiece and problem started ever since then. I am quite happy with the device otherwise.
I am getting around 5k from cashify for the device so plan to invest just a bit more and get some other phone. Can someone please suggest a budget android phone that’s faster than a redmi note 5 pro?
How are redmi 9 prime, poco m3 and redmi 9 power? All seem to be in similar price. Which one is the best amongst the 3 or any other good phone please.
This will be used as a secondary phone so don’t want to spend much either, the cheaper the better.

Man same thing I need to replace mum’s asus zenshite m1 phone or whatever. Bloody thing is slower than a cow-cart and now the battery backup has depleted so much that SoT is less than 3 hours! Should have bought the Moto G9 as for that the Asus was showing 4250 exchange value.
Anything that you shortlisted?
Poco M2 Pro is an option at 12k, Poco X3 at 14499.
I was going to suggest Realme 6 but they have increased the price.
I am quite inclined towards either the redmi 9 prime at 10k or poco X3 at 14.5k. As it’s a spare phone I hardly use for 2 or 3 weeks each year I wan’t to spend as less as possible but at the same time want something that works at least a bit better than my old redmi note 5 pro.
As I am out of touch with phone launches lately I am looking for some suggestions.
Any new launches one can look forward to with stock rom? @MrDimer
Micromax is coming with a phone
Probably an upgrade to in note 1
Launch maybe in Feb or March
Also Moto is coming with some phones in Feb
Some budget phones and probably even Moto edge s
Lava may launch phone but not sure
Nokia is saying they will launch affordable 5g phones but no idea when
Apart from these there is Xiaomi,Realme and all. If you can install any stock like custom roms then you can look for that as well

I see that Helios G80 in Redmi 9 prime and Poco m2 to have better benchmark results than SnapDragon 662 on Poco m3. Does it make sense to choose M3 over redmi 9 prime and m2 then? I am least bothered about camera, all I use the phone is for whatsapp, web, telegram, emails, banking apps and calls.
I need a good processor in this price as I will retain the phone for 3 years or so and a longer run every bit of better processor will help
Go for snapdragon one. Ordered an M3 for father now. His usage is on similar lines.Ordered Snapdragon owing to its reliability. These benchmark numbers, MTK’s fastest chipsets maybe worthy for PUBG, etc gamers, but for basic/regular usage, i believe Snapdragon still holds the fort
