
Plz Help:-Realme Mobile Password not accepting

I am using Realme X device from 8 months….I am using same Screen Password from starting….never changed password. Today, My Mobile not accepting Password, Showing “Wrong Password” Error. I am 101% sure Passwrod is Right. I also not given my mobile in other hand. I have very important data in this device… Don’t know what I do

No idea. If TWRP is installed one could at least remove the password.

Me too using Realme X but never faced such issue with this or any other device unless and untill you forgot your password.

Getting error when click on fogot password “A forgotten password cannot be retrieved. Please contact our after sale-service for help”…….. I think now only format option left… In recovery mode " Wipe" option also asking screen password…. Can I format it using Find Device (Google) ?

But as someone above suggested..try to find out if any of your family members / friends changed the password before you try lock&erase option via Find device

Currently living alone, So not possible change of password…..Format by Google Find device also not working… Device is not connecting …. showing “Last seen 15 hours ago via Maps Timeline”…. Device is online connected with wi-fi

Try with another keyboard(like changing style/language if possible). If nothing works then wait for lockdown to over & go to a service centre.

It happened with me also…I just restarted the mobile and now it works fine…don’t know why it was telling wrong password and also not accepting the face lock and fingerprint
