3 farm laws is prakar the.

1) Related to private trade, bypassing the APMC mandi..

2)To promote contract farming.

3) Amended the essential commodities act to exclude certain food items.

1st law- Intended benefit- Private trade would reault into better prices for farmers and demolish APMC stranglehold.

My view- Bihar already abolisehed APMC, still bihar ranks the lowest in farm income according to Agri ministry…

Moreover most of agri trading in India is already rputed directly to the buyer, without involving the APMC.

So in effect the 1st law wasnt any reform.

2) Contract farming is gppd, but in a country where nore than 90 per cent farmers hold less than 2 hectare land, the benefits of contract farming would have been accrued mostly by nig farmers.

Also the clause on the adjudication of cpntract by SDO was a major letdown..

3) 3rd act on Essential commoditt act is a good step, but there are problema there too- govt has retained a clause that it can interfere in stock limits in case kf emergency situation.. Goving a backdoor entry

They should not have repealed it. But it’s a political move. And Modi did what situation demands. Now people ll say it is too late or something like that. A good leader always admits mistakes n make necessary changes. BJP govt should remain in power to make good changes. For long term profit short term losses has to be taken into account. It’s good. Strategic retreat is not defeat. And sadly many people are not getting it. Some morons are crying about reinstatement of article 370. It won’t happen. It should not happen. If it happens then India won’t go forward.
Crab mentality is keeping Indians at the bottom. Saab sarkar karega. Khud chori karega but bikas sarkar karega. Ye keise sambhab hai. 😉
