Has anyone received any policy documents related to the PMJJBY scheme? What proof do you have for the enrollment other than the amount being deducted for the account?
In their site (https://financialservices.gov.in/beta/en/...by) the FAQ does not mention anything about quitting the scheme or even how to claim.

Nominee to submit duly completed Claim Form, Discharge Receipt, death certificate along with photocopy of the cancelled cheque of the nominee's bank account(if available) or the Post Office Savings Account through which he / she was covered under PMJJBY.
Just the premium debit transaction is enough for the claim
I got e-certificate from icicipru till 20-21. but have not got any after that.
