Pockets Wallet UPI transaction refund time

I did a transaction of 2000/- to my personal UPI id from icici pockets wallet on 5 April. It showed transaction initiated message. Balance was debited but not received on the other account.
I was told by cc that after 3 working days it will be refunded but hasn't been so.
How does it usually take to refund.
