Poor service

It has been happened 3 thimes in a row that the amount gets cut from the account and did not get the service it was paid for on Paytm.
Though since one year i have stopped using paytm and also suggesting other not to use it. Not only the service is poor and filthy but there is no security of money you are paying for a particular purpose.
