Ajio site is not trustworthy. I placed an 20 days back( 17 June 2020) and not received yet (7 July 2020). Ajio app has no updates. Customer care number is not working. Very disappointing and poor quality of service. Do not use this site to do online shopping. It’s fraud.

Lately I too have experienced delay in delivery as well as return pickup and refund.
And btw customer care number works for me, so it should for you too…..

Bro, site is genuine. Tag them on twitter. They will reply instantly.
Their phone kind of busy and faced similar issue for a few items but twitter certainly helps.
