You can buy literally anything and if the size of parcel is small then you won’t get charged.

Nothing india line is 7-10 days while india line eommerce is 10-15 days,i ordered through india line and never have to pay customs,Both will bw shipped via Gaticn.com,track there.also check your gearbest invoice after its shipped its price will be marked very low.

I ordred MI TV box from aliexpress and the seller sent me the chinese version instead of global version, what shall i do? Aliexpress agreed to refund the total amount if i ship it back to customer, i have paid the customs of rs 1450 for this parcel. It’s useless to me. can any of you tell me what is the best way to return the product to china, is it safe via india post?

Customs duty vary and depends on what you purchase. Most times, at least with mobile phones, even if you get a great deal and purchase it at a much lower price than MRP the customs duty is charged depending on the valuation they have internally. This is because most people declare a lesser value to escape customs duty so these guys standardise prices for each product for their internal use.

Very difficult. If you struggle you might find the standard customs duty for each category but the end duty might vary by the valuation they consider for the product.

Go for e-commerce sites such as amazon.com where you prepay customs duty. They never charged me excess of that and most times I end up getting a refund as the actual duty paid by them is lesser. Also, you get to know up front as to what you need to pay.

I don’t know what to do then. But u have to think positive for positive results, have to take our chances as we don’t get such boxes in India.

Hi…so within how many days you received product and what was the custom duty paid by you if any… I also ordered Z69 tv box costing around Rs 3400 and selected India Express Priority line shipping way. Will i need to pay custom duty, and if yes how much?

Whats the custom duty on $51 electronic item purchased via aliexpress , sent through china post from shenzen, china to india, itvarrived on 24th at kolkatta , after that got no update, whats your assumption on it & probable customs
