Postal Life Insurance(PLI) Maturity Help

My father has a Postal Life Insurance and its maturity was in oct 2022. We didnt realised it untill we saw the policy document today However the premium amount is still deducting every month somehow. Can anyone guide us how to claim the maturity amount and why premium is still deducting.
