I had closed/deactivated postpe in early 2022, and in the last month, a new account from postpe appeared in my cibil as a personal loan. Following up with them, they stated that we do not have an account closure facility and that our email should be considered NOC. There has been no closure on Cibil after more than 40 days of following up with their support.

Btw is it still true that you can't close Postpe account? Their CC said this in the past
"Currently we do not feature to close/deactivate the account."
No way still?
