I had closed/deactivated postpe in early 2022, and in the last month, a new account from postpe appeared in my cibil as a personal loan. Following up with them, they stated that we do not have an account closure facility and that our email should be considered NOC. There has been no closure on Cibil after more than 40 days of following up with their support.

What about discounts/savings in general on Postpe? Does it offer good solid savings on a regular basis like Slice or Uni cards?
